Publication Ethics

Our Commitment to Integrity

Pharmadesc Spectrum adheres to internationally recognized standards of publication ethics, including guidance from the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE). We take allegations of research misconduct seriously and investigate them thoroughly.

Authorship Criteria

Authorship must be based on substantial contribution to the conception, design, execution, or interpretation of the reported work, along with drafting or critically revising the manuscript and final approval of the submitted version. All authors must be able to take public responsibility for the content. AI tools, regardless of their contribution to manuscript preparation, cannot be listed as authors.

Conflict of Interest

Authors must disclose any financial, professional, or personal relationships that could be perceived as influencing the reported work. A standard Conflict of Interest form is required at submission.

Research Misconduct and Corrections

Suspected cases of data fabrication, falsification, plagiarism, or undisclosed AI use will be investigated in accordance with COPE guidelines. Where warranted, the journal will issue corrections, expressions of concern, or retractions, following a transparent process communicated to all involved authors.
